Speaking Events
Nancy is happy to customize a presentation to your small or large group focusing on any topic related to aging well. She has been speaking for years on topics such as fall prevention, osteoporosis, arthritis and degenerative changes of the spine, importance of exercise with metabolic conditions such as diabetes, connection of exercise and cognition and dementia, among many others.
Workshops
Nancy specializes in personalizing programs to include education and activity. For example, in 2018 Nancy held a fall prevention workshop and included evidence-based assessments of fall risk for each individual. Nancy then prescribed exercises to help address specific deficits for each person. Follow-up reassessments were performed one month later and ALL participants score higher on their assessments.
